A composite door has a denser core and feels more solid, and it is what most people pick for a main front door. A uPVC door costs less and still gives you modern locking and insulation, so it is a strong choice for a back door, a side entrance, or a front door on a budget. We are happy to price both.
How secure is a uPVC front door?
Modern ones are secure. We fit multi-point hook-and-bolt locking with an anti-snap cylinder as standard, which is a different world from the single deadlock on an early uPVC door.
